Online Return Policy 

Luxe45 accepts returns of unworn and undamaged merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt and original tags attached for a full refund within 14 days. 

All sale items, jewelry, gift cards, undergarments, camis, bras and special orders are final sale. 

Luxe45 is not responsible for return shipping costs.  The original cost of shipping is not refunded.

Online returns are also accepted to our store with original invoice and tags during regular business hours, Monday-Saturday from 11:30am-5:30pm. 

In-store Return Policy 

LUXE45 accepts returns of unworn and undamaged merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt and original tags attached for store credit or exchange within 10 days. 

All sale items, jewelry, gift cards, camis, bras and special orders are final sale.

*Holiday gifts must be returned no later than January 7th* 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
